Victoria Wins Glamour's "Accessory Designer of the Year" Award

A huge congratulations goes out to both Victoria Beckham and her team of talent for winning Glamour magazines "Accessory Designer of the Year" award! It's definitely well deserved as her line of handbags and sunglasses are not only top quality, but coveted by all! Congratulations Victoria!!

Mrs. Beckham, who did not attend the awards but was Skyped in via video message, congratulated her team after a job very well done and their big win. Victoria also thanked Glamour readers. She posted the following two messages on her twitter:

Victoria Tweets: Congratulations to Marc Jacobs

Tonight is the annual CFDA Awards celebration and Victoria's close friend and fellow fashion designer Marc Jacobs is going to be the night's guest of honor. Marc will take home the "2011 Lifetime Achievement" award.

Director Sofia Coppola, his friend, will present the award to him and the ceremony will be held in Lincoln Center in NYC and will be hosted by Anderson Cooper.

"It's crazy,'' Jacobs told the Associated Press. "I mean, I have a lot more to do. 'Achievement' sounds final. I'd like to call it `Lifetime of achievement' and for what's left to achieve. I have no intention of slowing down. I don't rest anyway.''

Victoria, who will not be attending the awards this year, is very happy for Marc and tweeted the following message today: "Congratulations to my dear friend Marc Jacobs on his CFDA Lifetime Achievement Award and to all of tonight's nominees! Excited for everyone!"

David to Wear his Manchester United Shirt Once More

David Beckham will return to the Manchest United to star in Gary Neville's testimonial match against Juventus. This willl help re-unite the famed 'Class of 92'. Eight years after he left for Real Madrid, it will bring all six close friends back in the United side again. And Beckham cannot wait.

"Putting a United shirt on again never gets old," Beckham said. "I get goose bumps every time I think about stepping out at Old Trafford again, as does walking out on the pitch. To be able to do that for Gary and his family means it is going to be an emotional night."

Davidn and Gary Neville were extremely close so this means a lot to David. "I played with him for so many years. We were room-mates, he was best man at my wedding and he is one of my best friends. I am looking forward to seeing him play. After a few months of not playing and training, that will be interesting. Gary is still so dedicated. It is the reason why he has achieved so much in his career and why United fans love him. He is a great home-grown talent which United are famous for producing. He always gave me a lot of advice over the years - the majority of which was good. He is such a talent and hard worker. He really deserves this night."

Mrs. Beckham is also very excited to see David in Man. United colors again! Victoria tweeted about it today: "Tonight is going to be an amazing night for David at Old Trafford! great to see him in a Man U shirt playing with his old team mates!!! x vb".
